Ceramics

• All my pottery is wheel-thrown stoneware or porcelaineous stoneware. The pieces are fired in an electric kiln at cone 5 & 6. Every piece can break if you are not careful. They are food-safe, and able to withstand the microwave and dishwasher, but hand washing is best to avoid them banging against each other. Of course. if you drop one on your countertop or tile floor they will break.

• My pottery, such as an apple baker, can go into an oven starting at room temperature and brought up to the correct baking temperature. Cool pottery may crack from shock if put into a hot oven or from a hot oven onto a cold surface.

• I do not make custom orders to match a color you have in mind. What I have on my site or in the store are the colors I am currently using.

• My Refund Policy:

  If you buy a regular priced item, you may return it for a full refund no later than 30 days after purchase with your receipt. The item must be undamaged (such as chips or cracks due to dishwasher banging or any type of accident). You may exchange for a similar item at the same price or another piece and pay the difference. If you do not have your receipt, I can give you an exchange for another piece after a refund.

  Seconds/sale items cannot be refunded.
